The exterior of the house is brick. The gable ends of the roof and the dormer are done in aluminum siding. There are angel stone accents above and below all the windows. The roof has 25 year shingles. The lot is irregular as you can see from the site plan. It encompasses a ½ acre. The driveway was just paved in 2002, with an interlock stone border. The driveway has a circle with an island, which is filled with a mix of large rocks and river wash stone (and a tree). The garage is a side entry with a large paved area between the house and the fence. There is a cedar fence that lines one side of the lots as well as part of the rear lot line. There is an interlock stone path leading to the front porch.

The front of the house is landscaped with small bushes, river wash stone and tree bark mulch. There is another interlock stone path at the back of the house that opens up to a large area at the foot of the deck. The cedar deck has a bench along two sides of it; the steps down from the deck are large and oversize. As mentioned earlier, there is a retractable awning over the deck. There is a large kid's play
structure that has two slides, three swings along with a duo-rider.
There are also monkey bars. It is all brightly painted and bordered by a big sandbox. The sand is 6 to 12 inches deep. The lot includes beautiful sunrise maples and lilac trees as well as pine trees in the backyard for privacy.
