The phone, network hub and cable connections are all in a smart wire box down in the basement (every room in the house has at least one phone, one network and two cable connections). Currently there is a business line, a fax line and a home phone line coming into the house. The gas furnace is a Lennox CompleteHeat system. The Dave Lennox Signature Collection CompleteHeat system provides both high-efficiency home heating and virtually unlimited hot water. The furnaces uses the same fuel that heats your home's water is also used to heat your indoor air. Specifications from the Lennox web site: virtually unlimited hot water, 90%CAE, Award winning design, 10-year limited tank/heat exchanger warranty 5-year limited covered components warranty. Apart from heating your home, this system can heat a pool or supply radiant heat to a driveway. There is an electronic air filter and an HRV system as well. There is central air conditioning. The septic bed is located in the backyard. The original installation included a 5 year maintenance plan (we moved in August 27th, 2000). All the fireplaces are Lennox brand. There is a Culligan water softener located in the basement. As mentioned earlier, the house has an intercom system. There are two connections on the second floor, one in the basement and an additional one in the garage. The house has a Hoover central vacuum system.
