The basement is partially finished; all the drywall, taping and sanding is complete. About half of the basement walls are primed. There is all the plumbing and rough-in for an additional bathroom. There are lots of large shelves for storage in the furnace room. The basement is also wired into the house alarm. There is approximately 1000 square feet of additional usable space, not including the Workshop / furnace room.
