    There is sound insulation between the 1st and 2nd floor, as well as within all the walls upstairs. The same maple hardwood as downstairs continues on the 2nd level. All the rooms upstairs have custom fitted blinds. The stairs have custom maple gates (removable) at the top and bottom for baby and toddler safety.

    Master Bedroom
    The master bedroom is very large. There are two sitting areas adjoining the main space. There is also a corner direct vent natural gas fireplace equipped with a thermostat and a variable speed fan. The entire space is covered in maple hardwood. The large walk-in closet has numerous 16” deep shelves and clothes racks set at various heights.

    The ensuite has double sinks. There are 3 banks of drawers and two large storage cabinets. All the fixtures are upgraded Moen product. There is a 4’ shower stall with a seat. There is also a 2 person Jacuzzi (air and water). And as in the other baths, there are pot lights as well as lights mounted above the oversize mirror.

    Bedrooms 2 thru 5
    Each room has at least a 6 foot closet comprising 16” shelves up the middle, with three clothe racks. All the bedrooms have maple hardwood floors. Please take a look at the 2nd floor plan for specific room sizes.

    Bathroom 2
    This bathroom has a neutral white/gray ceramic tile. There is a full size one piece tub (including the ceiling w/ a light), along with double sinks. All the fixtures are upgraded Moen product. There are three banks of drawers and two large storage cabinets under the sinks. There are pot lights as well as lights mounted above the oversize mirror.

    The bath / laundry is very spacious. This bathroom has a neutral white/gray ceramic tile. There is a full size one piece tub (including the ceiling w/ a light), along with double sinks.     The room comes with a very large custom linen cabinet. This cabinet contains three large pull out basket drawers for dirty clothes as well as three additional drawers below for additional storage. The cabinet above the baskets houses a total of nine shelves. There is also shelving located above the washer and dryer.
